I’m Noel — a counselling psychologist passionate about facilitating meaningful change, emotional healing, and personal growth. I specialize in working with relationship concerns and couples, helping individuals and partners navigate emotional challenges, improve communication, and build stronger, healthier, and more fulfilling connections.
With a background in handling a wide range of interpersonal issues, I understand how deeply relationships impact our well-being — and how healing can begin when we feel seen, heard, and understood.
My primary therapeutic approach is RECBT (Rational Emotive & Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), which focuses on helping clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop balanced, empowering perspectives that support long-term change.
My sessions are rooted in confidentiality, empathy, and collaboration — creating a safe and supportive space for individuals and couples to explore, reflect, and grow. Our Process
1. Initial Consultation / Intake Session
This is our first meeting, where we explore the concerns you’re coming in with. We’ll talk about the presenting problem, understand your emotional and psychological history through a detailed case history, and begin formulating a deeper understanding of your experiences. This session lays the foundation for our work together.
2. Therapy Begins
In this phase, we collaboratively explore different therapeutic approaches that best suit your needs. We identify patterns, set meaningful goals, and begin working through the core issues using evidence-based methods. Each session is guided by what feels relevant, safe, and helpful for you.
3. Follow-Up & Ongoing Support
As therapy progresses, we move into follow-up sessions where we review your growth, adapt goals if needed, and deepen the work.
